At Gathering of Champions, we put a priority on the training and practice of biblical stewardship. Stewardship is key to the growth of any Christian. What does stewardship look like today in the lives of believers? Stewardship means more than money; it means the management of all assets of an owner. Psalms 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.” We believe that everything that we have belongs to God and that we are managers or administrators acting on God’s behalf in the management and handling of all that God has given us. Biblical stewardship admonishes Christians to give back to God through the practice of tithes and offering, sacrificial gifts, gifts, time and talents. At Gathering of Champions, we wholeheartedly embrace this practice. These foundational values of stewardship serve as the solid foundation and sustaining factors for God’s storehouse, or commonly known today as the church. (Malachi 3:10)
Faithful stewardship glorifies God, meets the needs of a community and furthers Kingdom agenda.
